Knowledge is Power.
CONFIDENCE IS EVERYTHING.
Many birth books provide information, but Birth With Confidence shows you how to use that knowledge in real life—so you can understand your options, advocate for yourself, and navigate pregnancy, labor, and unexpected moments with confidence.
I created this workbook from my firsthand experience supporting many different types of births and seeing how birth truly unfolds in real time.
You may not know exactly what you want from your birth yet. This workbook walks you through birth options, provider approaches, interventions, comfort techniques, and labor choices so you can decide what feels right for you, your baby, and your family.
Birth With Confidence was designed to help mothers and families:
- understand their options clearly
- feel less overwhelmed during pregnancy and labor
- communicate confidently with providers
- involve partners in the birth experience
- create a birth plan aligned with their values
- navigate the unexpected calmly and confidently
- feel more grounded before, during, and after birth
Rather than simply following one direction without understanding alternatives, this workbook helps families explore:
- different birth settings
- labor options
- provider communication
- comfort measures
- interventions
- advocacy tools
- postpartum support
- newborn preparation
It walks you through the pros and considerations of different approaches so you can begin creating a birth experience that aligns with your goals and values.
A Partner-Centered Approach
Birth With Confidence was designed not only for mothers, but for partners and families as well.
This workbook helps create understanding, teamwork, communication, and confidence so both mother and partner feel more connected and prepared throughout pregnancy and labor.
You will learn:
- how partners can provide meaningful support during labor
- comfort techniques and labor positions

Why I Created This
I personally wrote and created Birth With Confidence from my experiences walking alongside mothers and families through many different kinds of birth experiences.
Through seeing birth unfold in many different ways, I have witnessed how powerful preparation, education, advocacy, grounded support, and confidence can be.
I also understand that while many families deeply desire doula support, full in-person support is not always financially possible for everyone. I wrote this workbook from a genuine service-driven heart with the goal of reaching more mothers and families who still deserve education, preparation, advocacy tools, and compassionate support throughout pregnancy and birth.
I wanted to create something that felt deeply personal, empowering, supportive, and practical — something that could truly help families feel more informed, more grounded, and more confident walking into birth.
I believe every mother deserves:
- education
- understanding
- support
- preparation
- confidence
- advocacy tools
- partner-centered guidance
My goal with this workbook is to help mothers feel empowered to trust themselves, communicate confidently, understand their options clearly, and walk into birth feeling supported and prepared no matter what type of birth they are planning.
