As a Postpartum Doula and Newborn Care Specialist serving Orange County, my role is to support mothers and families during this transition by providing guidance, reassurance, and hands-on support with newborn care and postpartum recovery.

During postpartum sessions, my role is to support both the mother’s recovery and newborn care.

Postpartum Visit Structure
Postpartum doula visits are typically 4-hour sessions.
Most families schedule support every other day, typically three days per week, during the early postpartum weeks when the most support is needed.
This schedule allows mothers to receive consistent guidance and help while still having space to settle into their own rhythm as a family.
Support schedules can always be adjusted depending on your family’s needs.
Postpartum Doula & Newborn Care Investment
Postpartum Doula and Newborn Care Support: $65 per hour
Sessions are typically scheduled in 4-hour blocks to provide meaningful support and allow time to assist with newborn care, feeding support, and postpartum recovery.
